How can we help?

How long are overnight trips?

Typically our camping trips run from 12pm on day 1 till 12pm on day 2. If you would like adjustments (e.g. earlier start time), we offer that flexibility as well.

How do you deal with wet weather?

Wet weather protocol depends on the campsite. If pavilions are available on the island, we will pack up and head to the nearest one. Additionally, we can set up extra makeshift shelters with our equipment if necessary. Enquire with your assigned Campmaster for further details.

Are food and drink provided?

We will make recommendations for food choices and can aid in transportation of cooked food and drink. However, due to limitations set by Singapore Food Authority (SFA), we are unable to cook and serve food to our participants as part of our packages. That said, all relevant equipment will be provided and our Campmasters will be guiding you every step of the way to ensure a smooth, hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

How far in advance do bookings have to be made?

Bookings need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance so that we may apply for the necessary permit for the campsite, as required by the National Parks Board (NPARKS). The further in advance, the better. As campsites tend to get booked up quickly.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so free of charge up to 7 days before your booking date. After which, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Emergency Evacuation Protocol?

Our campmasters will be in contact with the relevant emergency services (Police Coast Guard, Marine Safety Control) as well as transport providers (Marina South Ferries, Singapore Island Cruise, bum boat operators) in case an evacuation is necessary.

Stay calm and let the Campmasters handle the situation.
