We currently ship within Singapore only.

All orders are processed and fulfilled by a single-operator team. As such, processing and delivery timelines are designed to ensure consistency and reliability.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days after payment has been received.

Processing time may be extended during periods of high demand, ongoing event operations, or public holidays. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within two (2) to five (5) business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Camp & Co reserves the right to adjust shipping fees based on order size, weight, or delivery requirements.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Camp & Co will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched, Camp & Co is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

FAILED DELIVERY / REDELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned or require re-delivery.

Any additional delivery costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
