TERMS OF SERVICE – CAMP & CO

OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Camp & Co’s services, including outdoor event services, equipment rental, and retail product sales (collectively, the "Services"). By booking, purchasing, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Camp & Co operates primarily as a single-operator business. As such, all services are designed around operational safety, physical feasibility, and realistic delivery conditions.

1. SERVICE SCOPE

Camp & Co provides outdoor event setup and experience services, as well as equipment rental and retail products. Each booking will specify the agreed scope of services, including event duration, included equipment, and the extent of setup and teardown.

The standard operating capacity for events is up to four (4) persons, with a standard duration of up to twenty-four (24) hours. This duration includes setup and teardown unless otherwise stated in writing.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope of services may be accommodated at Camp & Co’s discretion and may incur additional charges.

1A. PAX EXPANSION MODEL (CAPACITY ABOVE 4 PERSONS)

While Camp & Co’s standard service model is designed for up to four (4) persons, requests for larger group sizes may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational feasibility, safety considerations, and resource availability.

Approval for events exceeding four (4) persons will be evaluated based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the accessibility of the event location, terrain conditions, total equipment load required, number of setup trips necessary, event duration (including overnight requirements), and prevailing environmental conditions such as weather and lighting.

For operational clarity, expanded group sizes are generally categorized into tiers. Events involving five (5) to six (6) persons typically require a moderate increase in equipment and setup effort and may be accommodated with extended setup time. Events involving seven (7) to eight (8) persons require a significant increase in equipment volume, transport effort, and physical load, and may result in longer setup and teardown durations. Events involving nine (9) or more persons are not standard for a single-operator model and may require substantial modifications to the service format, reduction in setup scope, or may be declined entirely.

Pricing for expanded group sizes will be adjusted accordingly and is not strictly linear on a per-person basis. Adjustments may reflect increased equipment requirements, additional transport and setup effort, extended setup and teardown time, and higher operational risk. Such adjustments may include expansion surcharges, per-person increments, or access-related fees.

Camp & Co reserves the right to modify the service scope for larger groups in order to maintain safety and operational feasibility. Such modifications may include reduced equipment allocation per person, simplified setup configurations, or the exclusion of certain features or add-ons. Clients acknowledge that events exceeding the standard capacity may differ from smaller-scale setups in terms of design, layout, and overall experience.

In all cases, Camp & Co reserves the right to adapt, reduce, or modify the setup based on actual site conditions encountered on the day of the event. If the information provided by the client regarding access, terrain, or other logistical factors is inaccurate or incomplete, Camp & Co may adjust the setup accordingly without obligation to provide refunds for such modifications.

Camp & Co further reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if, in its sole judgment, the event conditions present a safety risk or exceed reasonable operational limits.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit, as agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Where applicable, any outstanding balance must be paid prior to the event date. Camp & Co reserves the right to withhold services if payment has not been completed.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made more than five (5) days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between two (2) to five (5) days before the event are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling may be permitted once, subject to availability and at Camp & Co’s discretion.

4. WEATHER POLICY

All outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In the case of light rain or mild weather changes, events will proceed unless deemed unsafe. In cases of severe weather, Camp & Co may offer rescheduling options.

The final decision regarding whether an event will proceed, be modified, or be rescheduled will typically be made approximately twenty-four (24) hours prior to the event.

Refunds will not be issued solely due to weather unless the event cannot proceed at all.

5. ACCESS AND SETUP CONDITIONS

Clients are responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete information regarding the event location is provided, including details relating to access, terrain, and any restrictions.

Standard pricing assumes reasonable access conditions, including a carrying distance of up to one hundred (100) meters over flat and accessible terrain. Where conditions deviate from this baseline—such as extended carry distances, stairs, sand, uneven terrain, restricted vehicle access, or any other logistical challenges—additional charges may apply.

Camp & Co reserves the right to modify or limit the setup if actual site conditions differ materially from those disclosed prior to the event.

6. EVENT DURATION AND OVERTIME

The standard event duration is up to twenty-four (24) hours. This period includes setup and teardown unless otherwise agreed.

Any extension beyond the agreed duration is subject to prior approval and may incur additional charges. Camp & Co reserves the right to commence teardown at the agreed end time.

7. EQUIPMENT USE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for all equipment provided during the event for the duration of use. Any loss, damage, or misuse of equipment will be charged at full replacement or repair cost, as determined by Camp & Co.

8. LIABILITY AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Outdoor environments inherently involve risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, environmental exposure, and the use of equipment. By engaging Camp & Co’s Services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

Camp & Co shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or damages arising from conditions beyond its control, including environmental factors or third-party actions.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Camp & Co shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or site closures. In such cases, events may be rescheduled at Camp & Co’s discretion.

10. RETAIL PRODUCTS

All retail products are sold on an "as is" basis. Variations in appearance may occur due to natural differences or manufacturing processes. Returns or exchanges are subject to Camp & Co’s separate retail policy.

11. TERMINATION

Camp & Co reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if safety concerns arise or if these Terms are violated. Where applicable, any refunds will be determined at Camp & Co’s discretion.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

Camp & Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
