Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CAMP & CO

We accept returns within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for orders shipped within Singapore.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Camp & Co reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at admin@campnco.combefore sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns should be sent to the following address:

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us within forty-eight (48) hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Where a claim is validated, Camp & Co will, at its discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order products, sale or discounted items and purchases made using gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the process. In most cases, exchanges will be handled as a return followed by a new purchase, subject to stock availability.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@campnco.com.
